Brett Bunston, President
Brett Bunston is a respected car wash industry leader with more than 30 years of experience in equipment development, operations, and innovation. At MacNeil Wash Systems, he advanced from manufacturing to leadership roles in Technical Support and R&D, contributing to the Magnum High Pressure system and customized wash solutions across North America and Europe.
Brett later joined Petro-Canada/Suncor, where he helped develop the Glide Wash concept, advanced belt conveyor technology, and managed capital improvement projects across its national car wash network.
Today, as Owner and President of Deltic Wash Force, Brett uses his extensive experience to help operators improve performance, efficiency, and profitability. Under his leadership, Deltic provides premium equipment, chemicals, technical service, and support to car wash operators across Canada
David Russ
VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES & OPERATIONS
As Vice President of Sales & Operations, David leads Deltic's strategic growth by overseeing sales and business development. With experience in sales and management, he builds strong client relationships, drives operational excellence, and leads initiatives that support the company's continued success.
James Kelly
SERVICE MANAGER
With over a decade of experience in corporate IT and the car wash industry, James brings technical expertise and operational knowledge to the Deltic team. He specializes in equipment service, wash programming, and project coordination, ensuring seamless installations and outstanding customer support.
Kayla MacDonald
PROJECT MANAGER
Kayla oversees projects from planning through completion, coordinating teams, schedules, budgets, and customer requirements. She ensures projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and to Deltic’s quality standards while maintaining strong client communication.
Rachel Armstrong
TECHNICAL PROGRAM MANAGER
Rachel oversees the complete lifecycle of new car wash projects, guiding each build from planning and execution through completion and post-project evaluation. Her strong organizational skills and attention to detail help ensure every project is delivered successfully.
Lizzy Gareau
FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
Lizzy oversees Deltic's daily financial operations, working closely with staff ensure accuracy, efficiency, and the company's continued financial success. Her organizational skills and attention to detail help keep the business running smoothly.
Rick Fraser
PROJECT COORDINATOR
With more than 30 years of experience in the car wash industry, Rick brings a wealth of technical knowledge and industry expertise to the Deltic team. Before joining Deltic, he led Technical Support and CAD site plan design at both MacNeil Wash Systems and NCS.

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Marilyn is an integral part of the Deltic Wash Force team, providing administrative support that keeps operations running smoothly and efficiently. Her attention to detail and dedication contribute to the team's daily success.
Sue Chappel
MARKETING MANAGER
Sue brings more than 15 years of car wash experience to Deltic, backed by a lifelong career in sales and marketing. Sue has held marketing roles with both MacNeil Wash Systems and NCS. Today, she develops marketing campaigns for Deltic and helps our clients with their marketing needs.

Ken leads purchasing at Deltic Wash Force, bringing many years of experience from his time with MacNeil. His industry knowledge and attention to detail help ensure our team has the right parts and equipment to get the job done.

BUSINESS OPERATIONS & COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR
Emily manages parts operations at Deltic, overseeing shipping, invoicing, and customer support. She also leads the social media efforts and contributes to sales and communications. Always ready to assist other departments, Emily helps keep operations running smoothly.

Noel is a Senior Installation & Service Technician specializing in the mechanical side of car wash systems. With expertise in welding, fabrication, equipment installation, troubleshooting, and repair, he plays a key role in both new wash installations and ongoing service.

CHEMISTRY SERVICES TECHNICIAN
Scott is a skilled Chemistry Specialist with expertise in water quality testing, chemical delivery, and system setup. From initial installation to troubleshooting and repairs, he ensures optimal chemical performance for every car wash.
Brandon Kauppinen
INSTALLATION & SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Brandon is a skilled service technician with experience in designing, building, and troubleshooting electrical systems, as well as maintaining and testing control panels and automated equipment. His expertise and attention to detail make him a valuable addition to the team.
