David’s sales and business management experience help drive Deltic Wash Force’s growth strategic plan by building strong client relationships and multiple growth initiatives.
Rachel Armstrong
TECHNICAL PROGRAM MANAGER
Rachel oversees the project life cycle of new car wash builds, managing everything from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, closure, and post-project evaluation. Outside of work, she enjoys walking her dogs, camping, reading books, watching scary movies, and cooking.
Lizzy Gareau
FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
Lizzy leads the daily financial operations at Deltic, working closely with various departments to support the company's financial health. Outside of work, she enjoys thrift shopping and trying out new recipes for the family.
Emily Gareau
BUSINESS OPERATIONS & COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR
Emily manages parts operations at Deltic, overseeing shipping, invoicing, and customer support. She also leads the company’s marketing and social media efforts and contributes to sales and communications. Always ready to assist other departments, Emily helps keep operations running smoothly. In her free time, she enjoys going for walks & spending time with her boyfriend.
James Kelly
SERVICE MANAGER
Having a decade in the carwash industry at various levels, and a decade in corporate IT prior, James has a unique and robust skillset. From twisting wrenches and programing a wash, to managing client relations and coordinating teams, he's a versatile character. When not working diligently, his passion for nature often find him somewhere in the bush with his children discovering what this world has to offer.
Ken Wise
PURCHASING
Ken leads purchasing at Deltic Wash Force, bringing many years of experience from his time with MacNeil. His industry knowledge and attention to detail help ensure our team has what it needs to keep projects and service running smoothly. Outside of work, his favourite thing to do is read and hang out with his grandkids.

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Marilyn is an essential part of Deltic Wash Force, bringing strong administrative expertise to keep operations organized and running efficiently. Her attention to detail and dedication help support the team’s daily success. Outside of work, she enjoys reading books and spending quality time with her family.

PROJECT COORDINATOR
With over 30 years of industry experience, Rick brings expertise from MacNeil Wash Systems, where he led tech support and CAD site plan design. Outside of work, he enjoys playing pool.
Sue Chappel
MARKETING MANAGER
Sue develops and implements marketing campaigns to promote Deltic's products and services to car wash operators and investors throughout Canada. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, snowshoeing, traveling, and spending time at her summer cottage.
John Terpstra
SERVICE CONSULTANT
John is the Director of Service and Installation at Deltic Wash Force, bringing over 40 years of experience in the car wash industry. He leads the service and installation teams, ensuring top-tier service and seamless project execution while drawing on his extensive expertise to drive operational excellence. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, fishing, and camping.
Noel Kennedy
SENIOR INSTALLATION & SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Noel is a Senior Service Technician specializing in welding, fabrication, installation, and the mechanical side of car wash systems. Outside of work, he enjoys kayaking, camping, spending time with family, and riding motorcycles, sleds, and dirt bikes.

INSTALLATION & SERVICE TECHNICIAN
​Nathan is an Electrical Engineer bringing technical expertise and hands-on experience to every project, ensuring efficient installations and reliable service.When he's not on the job Nathan enjoys camping with his family, taking his dog to the park, and going out for ice cream with his wife.

Joseph is a Red Seal Machinist with strong mechanical skills and a dedication to precision. He brings hands-on expertise to every job, ensuring reliable and efficient service. Outside of work, Joseph loves spending time out on the water.
Scott Langille
CHEMISTRY SERVICES TECHNICIAN
Scott is a skilled Chemistry Specialist with expertise in water quality testing, chemical delivery, and system setup. From initial installation to troubleshooting and repairs, he ensures optimal chemical performance for every car wash. Outside of work, Scott enjoys spending time on the golf course.
Brandon Kauppinen
INSTALLATION & SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Brandon is a skilled service technician with experience in designing, building, and troubleshooting electrical systems, as well as maintaining and testing control panels and automated equipment. His expertise and attention to detail make him a valuable addition to the team. Outside of work, Brandon enjoys fishing and camping.
Glen Dyke
WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR
Glen brings over 20 years of experience in HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. He also has extensive experience as a Gas Technician and Welding Associate, making him a versatile and skilled addition to the team. Outside of work, Glen enjoys spending time with his family and dog.
